MM&I is partnered with a leading innovative career planning company that uses a unique matching methodology to ensure cultural fit between your organization and the young talented professionals you want to hire. Once those individuals have been vetted and completed the internal professional development workshops, you can contract out any number of them for a six month "try before you buy" period. During this time, all of the individuals are our partner’s W2 employees and covered by their insurance, tax, E&O, etc., saving your company significant money. At the end of the six months, you can choose to hire on only the best and brightest with no conversion fee. This service has demonstrated the ability to provide organizations an average savings of $9K - $20K per new hire, and an 85% conversion rate from this talent pool to full time hires.

In addition, the Outsourced Technology Service provides software development & technology projects at offshore rates with US based resources. These projects can range from small software quality assurance projects to large enterprise software development projects.
